At Just Cavalli Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the watch, original warranty card, and all branded packaging inside a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the watch is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
